Marketplace Leaders

A simple path to live your faith at work.

The Monday Six gives you small practices that make a big difference in Identity, Habits, Wisdom, Relationships, Excellence, and Stewardship.

Why Join?

  • Decide with Integrity

Learn to navigate complex decisions with clarity and conviction. Instead of getting stuck in analysis or emotion, you’ll develop a Christlike reflex for making wise choices under pressure.

  • Build Trust

Conflict is inevitable — but broken trust doesn’t have to be. You’ll practice using language that heals, not hides, restoring relationships with grace and truth.

  • Deliver Results

Leadership isn’t just about getting things done; it’s about doing the right things, the right way. You’ll learn to produce outcomes that honor people and make sense to those around you.

  • Lift Others

Kingdom leadership is generous. You’ll build a rhythm of investing in others, mentoring, connecting, and serving so your influence multiplies beyond your role.
