About Kingdom Hackers

About Us

We disciple weekday leaders with their pastors so faith shows up at work.
Kingdom Hackers exists to build the bridge between the local church and marketplace leaders. We help pastors equip their people for the places they spend most of their week and we give everyday leaders a simple path to practice the way of Jesus at work.

Our Mission

To equip churches to form, deploy, and commission marketplace Christians—pastors sponsoring, Champions facilitating, leaders practicing—so the love and wisdom of Jesus is visible Monday through Friday.

Our Vision

Every church confidently commissions weekday leaders, and every believer knows how to live their calling at work with clarity, courage, and care.

Our Framework: The Monday Commission

Rethink — Identity & habits first
Reimagine — Define good work & steward power with humility
Reinvent — Practice The Monday Six
Reshape — Commission leaders & multiply cohorts

What We Believe About Work

Work is part of God’s good design and a primary place of discipleship. Pastors are given to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Eph. 4:11–12), and every believer is called to steward their gifts to serve others (1 Pet. 4:10). Whether in business, education, healthcare, government, trades, nonprofit, or home—we seek the common good in Jesus’ name.

Our Distinctives

  • Church-first. Everything strengthens the local church’s mission.

  • Practice over talk. Small, repeatable steps built for busy weeks.

  • Ethical & safe. Establish clear boundaries, maintain confidentiality, and outline referral paths for care.

  • Measurable without pressure. We capture stories and signals; no fundraising push in sessions.

  • Built to multiply. Train Champions, commission leaders, run cohorts year-round.
