Why Kingdom Hackers Exists
For years, Dr. Jeff McGee watched gifted, faithful Christians walk into work every Monday and leave their faith at the door — not because they didn't care, but because no one had ever shown them how leadership and discipleship fit together. Kingdom Hackers was built to close that gap.

Dr. Jeff McGee has spent more than 15 years coaching leaders and building organizations. He holds a doctorate in educational leadership and has taught as a professor at Justice University. He is also the founder of Cross-Cultural Dynamics and Kingtopia College. Kingdom Hackers is where his research, his coaching practice, and his faith meet.
It started as a question, not a business plan.
Kingdom Hackers began with a simple question: what would change if Christian leaders learned to see the systems around them the way Jesus saw the systems of His day — clearly, honestly, and with an eye toward who was being left out?
That question became a framework, and the framework became a coaching practice built for one purpose: helping leaders move from noticing a problem to actually restoring what's broken, wherever God has placed them.
See clearly. Lead courageously. Restore what's broken.
To equip Christian leaders to see clearly, examine honestly, and transform the systems within their sphere of influence — so that what is broken is restored and Christ's justice and mercy become visible in schools, companies, hospitals, neighborhoods, and communities.
Complacency replaced with conviction.
Every believer leads with the courage to name what's broken and the conviction to restore it — replacing complacency with Christ-centered leadership that cares for the people every system serves.
The Kingdom Hackers Framework, in brief
