K-ROI - Kingdom Return on Investment

We capture stories and stats; God writes the story within.

Pastors and marketplace leaders need a shared scoreboard for weekday discipleship. K-ROI tells the story of formation and impact in plain sight.

Why K-ROI

K-ROI reflects Kingdom fruit across people and work. It’s not about fundraising or performance reviews—it’s about formation, wisdom, healthy relationships, excellent work, and generous service.
Use it to:

What does our K-ROI mean?

Celebrate

what God is doing (testimonies + tangible wins).

Coach

where growth is needed (gentle course-correction).

Decide

next steps (where to focus time, leaders, and resources).

Think of K-ROI as directional signals, not final grades. Numbers highlight movement; short stories explain the why behind the movement.

What we Track (Four lenses)

  • Stacked rocks on a rocky surface with blurred water and forest in the background.

    Formation

-Identity statements are written and affirmed.

-Daily spiritual rhythms are practiced consistently (at least 4 times per week).

-Integrity is demonstrated under pressure, with short testimonies shared.

  • A woman in a black top holds a white mug with the words 'Like a Boss' written on it, standing against a plain background.

    Leadership

-Difficult conversations are initiated and resolved in a healthy way.

-Progress is tracked using the “Good Work Scorecard” (Shipped, Slipped, Learned, Next).

-Team dynamics are monitored through trust, clarity, and follow-through indicators.

  • Person holding a yellow flower with both hands, background blurred.

    Stewardship

-Volunteer hours and pro bono contributions are recorded.

-Strategic support is offered through in-kind resources and meaningful introductions (“tables”).

-Giving trends are optionally tracked outside of coaching sessions.

  • Close-up of a Newton's cradle with five metal balls suspended by thin wires in a row.

    Program Impact

-Leadership cohorts are launched and participants are commissioned.

-Champions are trained and return to serve as mentors.

-Stories of transformation are captured and shared in worship settings.

    • 18 leaders maintained daily spiritual rhythms (≥4×/week) → spiritual formation is taking root.

    • 12 hard conversations, 9 reconciled → trust is being restored.

    • 41 completed outcomes, 17 lessons learned → execution and growth are active.
