The Six
Identity
Name who you are and where you’re sent. You’ll craft a one-sentence Monday Purpose that links your role, the people you serve, and the good you’re building. Clarity here becomes your compass when the week gets loud.
Relationships
Build trust with a kind, clear conversation. We’ll discuss approaches for hard talks so you can address issues early, take ownership, and reset agreements without drama.
Habits
Install a daily and weekly habits that keeps you grounded i.e. brief Scripture, a quick look back, and simple prayer. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s consistency that steadies you under pressure.
Excellence
Define and deliver “good work.” You’ll choose three 30-day outcomes that matter, review them weekly, and turn learning into action so excellence becomes a rhythm not a slogan.
Wisdom
Make clean decisions in the gray. You’ll apply a short integrity check that moves you from impulse to principled choices and invites wise counsel when it matters most.
Stewardship
Share time, talent, treasure, and tables (your network) for others’ good. Each week you’ll open one meaningful door an introduction, recommendation, stretch project, or practical help that lifts someone else.
