How it works (3 easy steps)
One-Day Intensive
Kick things off with a focused, in-person session. We align your team’s vision, clarify roles, set your launch timeline, and commission a Champion Team to lead the charge.

After the Intensive, select the model that fits your context:
Hand-Off – You run The Monday Six with our tools.
Co-Led (Recommended) – We walk with you.
Consultant-Led with Academy – We lead while training your future champions.
Run the 12-week Cohort
Each week, participants engage with one Christlike behavior and one practical tool. You’ll track stories, measure impact, and see real K-ROI (Kingdom Return on Investment) in decisions, relationships, and results.
A pilot plan and calendar
Champion roles and a simple recruiting kit
A progress tracker (stories, decisions mapped, hard conversations completed, outcomes shipped, opportunities offered)
A commissioning moment you can repeat every year
What you get
Staff-light by design
Pastoral Sponsor: about 1–2 hours per month (oversight, celebration, commissioning).
Champions (often marketplace leaders): 2–3 hours per week during the cohort (facilitate, follow up).
Bring Kingdom Hackers On-site
We’ll tailor a proposal for your church i.e. timeline, scope, and support.

Weekly (90 minutes) is our recommended rhythm for momentum. That said, you can choose one of these cadences:
Every other week (24 weeks) for slower calendars
Two 6-week blocks with a short break in between
One or two “intensive” Saturdays that combine select sessions
We’ll help you pick the pace that fits your church calendar and key seasons.

We support you from the Intensive through your pilot’s final debrief. That includes:
A kickoff prep call after the Intensive.
Weekly office hours during the cohort.
Two coaching calls (mid-pilot and pre-commission).
Email support throughout.
Need more? We offer optional 90-day or annual support plans for continued coaching and materials updates.

You choose the pace. For example, you can launch 3–6 weeks after the Intensive to recruit Champions and participants, confirm rooms/childcare, and set dates. If you need faster or slower, we’ll adapt the plan to your context.

No. A Pastoral Sponsor provides light oversight (about 1–2 hours/month), and a trained Champion Team (often marketplace leaders) carries the weekly lift.

Yes—totally optional. We can share simple guidelines and an ROI framework (time, talent, treasure, tables) so you can underwrite stipends ethically and sustainably.

No. This is discipleship and leadership formation for marketplace Christians. Stewardship includes time, talent, treasure, and tables (networks). There’s no giving pressure inside sessions; any financial tracking is optional and aggregate.
