Dr. Jeff McGee, Ed.D., is a leadership coach who helps Christian leaders see the systems around them clearly, examine what those systems are actually producing, and lead the courageous change required to restore what's broken, which is the approach at the heart of the Kingdom Hackers Framework. He works one-to-one and with small groups of leaders across sectors, including nonprofits, higher education, government, construction, and mission-driven organizations, meeting with clients in person or remotely nationwide.

Dr. McGee partners with executives, managers, and emerging leaders to strengthen decision-making, communication, accountability, and culture, translating conviction into calm, repeatable practices: clear roles and routines, practical scorecards, steady leadership rhythms, and stakeholder-ready reporting. His coaching blends strategic clarity with real, everyday tools leaders can apply immediately, whether the goal is strengthening a team, stabilizing an organization, navigating change, or building a healthier culture.

In addition to coaching, Dr. McGee is a professor who teaches leadership and social and economic justice courses, serves on local boards and dissertation committees, and is the author of Reimagining Learning: The Power of Triple Loop Leadership. He holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. He has been recognized by the Titan 100 as one of Phoenix's top executive leaders (2023, 2024) and by Marquis Who's Who for his contributions to leadership and organizational learning.
