Disrupt the World. Advance the Kingdom

A movement of leaders hacking culture with wisdom, courage, and Kingdom vision.

“The Church gathers on Sunday. The Kingdom advances Monday through Friday.”

The Vision Behind Kingdom Hackers

A Kingdom Hacker is an everyday Christian who “hacks” the workplace by creatively applying the way of Jesus to real problems. Grounded in identity and simple habits, they make wise decisions under pressure, build trust through honest conversations, deliver work with integrity, and share their time, talent, treasure, and tables to lift others.

Building on our decade of success in working across diverse sectors in leadership and organizational development at Cross-Cultural Dynamics, we wanted to continue our journey driven by a deep passion: working with the church and leaders.

The Church’s influence doesn’t end at the sanctuary; it multiplies through believers at work. Pastors carry spiritual vision; professionals carry everyday reach. Our mission is to equip Christians to live and lead like Jesus on Monday morning through a 12-week cohort led by trained leaders in your church. We measure impact with K-ROI (Kingdom Return on Investment), visible fruit like clearer decisions, repaired relationships, excellent work, and generous service..

So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for the work of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.

Ephesians 4:11-12

⛪️ The Church 🙏🏽

God calls pastors to form people for works of service. When pastors champion weekday discipleship, latent leadership becomes lived leadership.

👨🏾‍💼 The Leader 👩🏻‍💼

God places leaders in organizations and public life to serve the common good. When they bring their wisdom, networks, and resources under kingdom vision, the mission accelerates.

Ready to Hack for the Kingdom?

The How

We first establish the pastor–marketplace connection with a clear framework, then lead a one-day Pastor & Executive Intensive to align vision, clarify roles, and commission a Champion Team. Champions become part of your church’s ministry ecosystem, carrying the weekly (or an established cadence) lift. Next, we launch a 12-week, champion-led cohort that integrates faith at work through six practices called The Monday Six: Identity, Habits, Wisdom, Relationships, Excellence, and Stewardship.

After the Pastor & Executive Intensive, the team will choose a launch option: Hand-Off, Co-Led (recommended), or Consultant-Led with Academy.

Hacker In-person Intensive

Invite our team to your church for a full-day, hands-on workshop with your senior pastor, leadership team, and a few marketplace leaders. We’ll build the bridge between pastor and marketplace, align the vision, clarify who does what (and how much time it takes), and commission a Champion Team to run a staff-light, champion-led Kingdom Hackers cohort. Together, we’ll map the people, strategies, and next steps to launch, then choose your delivery model for the cohort (Hand-Off, Co-Led recommended, or Consultant-Led with Academy), identify champions, and set dates.

By the end of the day, you’ll have a clear pilot plan and calendar, a named Pastoral Sponsor, a simple recruiting plan for Champions, and a progress tracker to capture wins and stories as you go.

How It Works

  • Fill out the form to book your Kingdom Hackers On-Site Intensive.

  • Pick a date and gather the senior pastor, leadership team, and 3–5 marketplace leaders (Champions).

    • Co-Led (recommended)

    • Consultant-Led

Recruit Champions, and set the start date.
